Yoga : means unity and harmony. It is the union of the outer being with the inner self. It is the harmony between body, mind and soul.

Asanas : (physical positions) give the body a wonderful feeling of Rejuvenation, flexibility and strength. The circulation improves and all muscles are strengthened simultaneously and evenly.

Pranayama : (breathing exercise) increases vitality, stimulates metabolism and blood circulation. The body is filled with Prana (life energy).

Relaxation session : at the end of each class, regenerate the body tremendously, strengthen the immune system, reduce stress and stimulate the healing process of the body.

Meditation : leads one to inner peace, happiness and tranquillity, helps generate creativity and gives positive mental strength.

One-on-one Yoga lessons : This would help you attain a deeper knowledge and understanding for Yoga. Deepa tailors each Yoga session according to your body type. Through greater personal attention, any mistakes are spotted and easily corrected.

Beginner’s course : You need not be flexible or athletic or have any prior knowledge to be able to practise Yoga. You learn simple positions, energizing breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

Yoga for Pregnancy : Yoga gives the expecting mother the ability to adjust to the changes during pregnancy and prepares her mentally for the birth of her baby. Gentle Yoga exercise and conscious breathing exercises develop flexibility in the hip region and help reduce tension and stress.

Yoga for people with back problems : Simple and special Yoga postures strengthen, stretch and Relax the back and are very effective for people with back problems and bad posture.
