Nasya Karma Treatment: Benefits, Procedure & Cost

Nasya is a multi-step Treatment where the medication is administered through the nose as herbal oils. Nasya, which means "nose" in Sanskrit, is a phrase used in Ayurveda. Nasya Karma Therapy is an old Ayurvedic method of treating ENT issues (eyes, nose, and throat) with herbal oils, powders, fumes, honey, milk, salts, water, etc.

One of the five Panchakarma procedures is Nasya. It is especially helpful for disorders of the neck and upper base of the neck. Every element employed in the Nasya Karma Treatment is tailored to each individual based on their bodily dosha and constitution.

How Effective Is the Nasya Karma Treatment?

The primary entrance to the head or brain is the nasal route. The mucus in the nose makes it easy for bacteria to enter the body. The microorganisms' lipid-rich body surface adheres to the provided oil, aiding in the body's detoxification. Nasya can also achieve success in the fields of neurology, psychiatry, and dentistry.
